Tarcisio Tassi Avenue and Corriola Street
Details
PZA del Comune 3
Open
The internal urban fabric is crossed by a narrow longitudinal street that runs from gate to gate and is called Corso Tarcisio Tassi, flanking the two almost parallel and equally narrow streets (the street towards the eastern side is called Corriola, in memory of the climbing shrubs with frequent white, bell-shaped flowers). Even narrower transverse alleys (or lanes) ensure communication to the houses, so that even within the walled enclosure, the Castle retains some of its medieval appearance, forming an interesting and not too altered image of the typical Medieval Castle of the Vallesina area.
