My house originates from a bioconstruction renovation project, utilizing the recovery and recycling of noble and ecological materials like stone and wood, and the use of green energy. It is immersed in a wood of oaks, walnuts, figs, and other fruit trees, and is surrounded by a massive lawn.

It is an ideal refuge for adventurous and curious travelers, who are environmentally conscious and seeking a plural and stimulating vacation, but also a place to stay, read, and think, breathing clean air and positive energy.

The Space
The house is located a few kilometers from Jesi, in a hilly area, a perfect starting point for exploring the coast, but especially the magnificent Marche inland, a territory rich in art, nature, and culture, all waiting to be discovered. Highlights include the Castles of Jesi, the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi caves, Genga, the Pope’s trail and the Abbey of San Vittore alle Chiuse; the castle of Avacelli and the Forra della Valle Scappuccia (Valle Scappuccia Gorge), created by the stream of the same name. Cingoli and its small waterfalls, an oasis of peace and coolness for refreshment during the hottest days. Then there is the coast and the immense Conero Park with its intimate beaches and clear waters. Guest Access
Guests have their own room with a private bathroom and can access the reading room, the large kitchen, and the spacious outdoor garden equipped with a table and barbecue.

The house and the outdoor areas are inhabited by many cats, who are friendly and peaceful, and with whom you can interact and play, and by two elderly and very kind medium-large mixed-breed dogs.

Your pets are welcome, but they must always be under your control and, above all, respect the resident cats; dogs (large and small) must be kept on a leash and cannot be left free in the outdoor spaces to prevent them from chasing the cats.

Other things to keep in mind
The house is inhabited by me and my books, by many friendly and peaceful cats, by 2 good and elderly dogs, and by some chickens. The cats do not have access to the private guest room, but they do have access to the rest of the house, which inevitably shows signs of their presence (fur, etc.); if cats and animals in general bother you, please choose another accommodation, mine is only for cat lovers.

The internet line is present but not very efficient, and the mobile signal is weak. If you need to be constantly connected, this accommodation is not for you.
